Licensing terms
This License governs the terms and conditions of use of the "Enterprise Package" and "Logistics Partner" services, hereinafter referred to as the Service, provided by Mattssons on this website. Registration as a User of the Service constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
Licence
All material provided through the Service is Mattssons' copyright property. Mattssons hereby grants a non-exclusive licence to Licensee to use the Service subject to the following restrictions.
The Licensee may use the service for their own use within the framework of their business relationship with Mattssons. Any other use of materials provided through the Service is prohibited without the prior written consent of Mattssons.
Secrecy
All information the Licensee receives in connection with the use of the Service constitutes confidential information and may not be passed on to third parties.
